      Description

      Hello,
      When we create a new rate group, we select a trunk (or trunks). Then we say we want a markup of 15%.

      How can we then download a full list of our origination rates WITH the 15% markup added?

      Otherwise, it means we must add our own origination rates? If so, then what is the purpose of having a "markup" field option?
