Description
I would like you to help or take the below mentioned issues to the concerned person.
1. No email notifications are received from Reseller’s account to its customer/reseller:
For Example, if I have created a Reseller named Mr. Sam from Admin’s account then Mr. Sam is receiving the email notification. However, if Mr. Sam (Reseller) creates a customer Mr. Samuel then he doesn’t receive any email notification (no notification are received for Welcome or Recharge/Refill etc..etc..)
2. Email registration Issue:
I am not able to register any other domain i.e. only .com emails are registered.
For Example: name@gmail.com is accepted, however, name@abc.limited is throwing error.
3. Refill / Recharge Concern:
When recharging from Mr. Sam (Reseller) to his customer Mr. Samuel it was observed that Mr. Sam (Reseller) balance increases as per the refill done.
For Example: The existing balance of Mr. Sam is $.1000. If he refills Mr. Samuel’s (Customer) account with $. 500, then the total balance reflected in Mr. Sam’s account is increased by $. 500 i.e. total balance of Mr. Sam becomes $. 1500.
