DID per min rate not applying when forwarding to PSTN

Steps :

1. Create one customer
2. Now create two OR and TR and assign their rategroup to customer: 91, 88
3. Now create one DID= 91992009 with Cost/Min=2.5
and set call type =PSTN number in DID =8899177000
4. Now assign DID to above customer
5. Now register above customer's SIP in zoiper and make a DID call
6. Now check in live calls and check Origination Cost
7. After call hangup check CDRS for debit of above call entry

Expected Result : DID per min rate should be applying when forwarding to PSTN. In Live call also correct Origination cost should be display as DID origination Cost.

Actual Result : DID per min rate not applying when forwarding to PSTN. In Live call also Origination cost wrong display and taking cost/min of Origination Rates
