Free minutes in package does not work, calls charge

Hello,
When I create a package with free minutes in ASTPP version 6.0 (then I link destinations to the package) which must be free for customer and assign the package to the customer, calls which should be free in scope of the package always charge.

I have monitored from the server and see that the calls are always routed via the rate group origination rates, thats why all calls charge, even those that should be free.

Please advice how to solve this issue, so that customers are able to make free calls in scope of package's free minutes.
