      Description

      Have an issue in astpp v6 regarding flat call per second billing. Set termination rate to IDR 600 per minute with 0 increment and 0 initial, and set origination rate IDR 900 with 0 increment and 0 initial.


      With astpp v5, v4, v3.6 we dont have issue with this setting in CDR.
