Unable to play call recording file in CDRs menu and also after downloading it (Working fine when copy file using scp command)

      Description

      Steps to reproduce : 

      1. Enable call recording into customer
      2. Do local call
      3. Check recorded file after hang-up
      4. Try to play find in CDRs
      5. Download file from CDRs and play into your system

      Expected Result : File should be play in CDRs as well as in local system. Same thing is currently working if i download file using scp command.
