search - OR module have rate group data not displayed.

Steps :-
1. login as admin.
2. create rate group.
3. Then go to OR.
4. Edit any OR select Rat group who created before.
5. Then click to search button and select field rate group and search observe that
    The Rate Group Filed dropdown does not display data.

Expected:-

 - The rate group data should be displayed on the search button in the OR module.
