Live call not display proper time in grid when Admin timezone is -3 GMT.

Steps:

1. Log in with ssh details of aws in terminal 
2. change timezone as  Brazil/East using this command timedatectl set-timezone "Brazil/East"
3. Log in as admin
4. Go to Accounts -> Admin -> Change timezone of admin as America/belem(GMT -03:00)
5. Register any sipdevice  and  after call establish check live calls.

Actual Result : when we select admin timezone as  America/belem(GMT -03:00)  then it display wrong  time in live calls.

Expected Result : when we select  America/belem(GMT -03:00) then it display proper time  in live calls.
