      Description

      Steps:

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Go to Get Addons -> Community
      3. install any language addons
      4. change the language

      Bug description : when change any language from droupdown then language not change in portal.

      Expected Result :  when change any language from droupdown then language  change in portal.
