Origination Rate list API - Exact search is not working for code parameter

Note: First Create origination rates like 91, 911, 912, 9134, 9115

Steps :

1. Go to tarrif > Origination Rate > Origination Rate list API
2. Enter 91 in code parameter and run the api
3. Now check response and records

Expected result : Only 91 code related records should be display in response. Exact match records should be display.

Actual result : Here all records are display which starting from 91.
