Termination Rate List API - Records also display for invalid input for parameters

Steps :

Check in Admin side
1. Go to Carriers > Termination Rate > Termination Rate List API
2. Enter characters or special characters in connectcost, includedseconds, cost, init_inc, inc, status and run the api and check response

Expected result : No records Found message should be display or any validation message should be display for all below parameters.

connectcost, includedseconds, cost, init_inc, inc, status

Actual result : Termination Rate List API is running with wrong input and records also display.
