automated report cron - not working as expected

steps to reproduce:

1. login as admin
2. create automated report
3. check report on generated day in notification and in email
4. check report getting in notification only, not getting in email inbox

note: when cron run automatically then report only getting in notification (gui),

when cron run manually then report getting in notification and email both

expected result: automated cron should be working properly
