      Description

      steps to reproduce:

      1. login as admin
      2. create one broadcast with proper wav file
      3. wait for broadcast status
      4. after complete status - check cdrs reports
      5. check recordings with play and download
      6. check recording not able to play and download 

      expected result: recording should be play and download
