Origination Rate list API - Records also display for invalid input for parameters

Steps :

1. Go to tarrif > Origination Rate > Origination Rate list API
2. Enter characters or special characters in country_id, connectioncost, includedseconds, cost,
init_inc, inc, reseller_id, pricelist_id, status and run the api and check response

Expected result : No records Found message should be display or any validation message should be display for all below parameters.

*Country_id, connectioncost, includedseconds, cost, init_inc, inc, reseller_id, pricelist_id, status *

Actual result : Origination Rate list API is running with wrong input and records also display.
