DID List API - Validation message not applied on parameters for invalid input

Steps :

1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Inbound > DIDs > DID List API
3. Now enter characters/special characters in call_type, country_id, accountid and status
parameter and run the api
4. Now check response

Expected result : Validation message should be required to show for call_type, country_id, accountid and status parameter for invalid input.

Actual result : Validation message is not display for call_type, country_id and accountid, status parameter.
