      Description

      steps to reproduce:

      1. login as admin
      2. go to automated report list page / cdrs subscription 
      3. edit or create automated report 
      4. check Interval Freq. of Email and Selection of days fields are available twice 

      expected result: same fields should not display twice

      check attachment
