DID Create API - Time of last_modified_date parameter is not match with admin's timezone or as per GMT

Steps :

1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Inbound > DIDs > DID Create API
3. Now enter all valid input for parameters and run api
4. Now check response and check time of last_modified_date

Expected result : Time of last_modified_date parameter should be display correct.

Actual result : Time of last_modified_date parameter is not match with admin's timezone or
as per GMT
