      step:-
      1.http://52.66.76.140/newsinfo/
      2. login admin
      3. add sub Category > mange sub Category.  

      Bug:-
      - 
      where is located  sub category and i delete data after last update time date not displayed.

      Expected:-

      If i delete entry in delete sub category after date and time should be updated.
