      Description

      steps:

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Install  Personalized Rate addon .
      3. Go to tariff -> personalized Rate
      4. create one Personalized Rates without any account in account droupdown.
      5. check data display in grid or not.

      Actual Result : when we create personalized Rate without data in account droupdown then it not display data in grid.

      Expected Result  : when we create personalized Rate without data in account droupdown then it give validation message and .
