after cron run successfully, Voice Broadcasting is not working, NORMAL_TEMPORARY_FAILURE error displaying in fs_cli logs

steps :- 

1. Login as admin.
2. go to get addon.
3. installed voice broad casting.
4. now re-login as admin/sub-admin login.
5. go to inbound > voice broad cast.
6. click on create.
7. create voice broadcast with valid .wav and .csv files. (Customer/reseller/admin should have available valid OR/TR according to PSTN number prefix).
8. now ssh login from terminal.
9. fs_cli open and check logs in fs_cli logs.

Actual result :-  after cron run successfully, Voice Broadcasting is not working, NORMAL_TEMPORARY_FAILURE error displaying in fs_cli logs. In GUI grid, status is displaying as "complete".

Expected result :- 1. after cron run successfully, Voice Broadcasting should be working fine and entries should be display in CDRs with proper disposition. status should be display as  "In progress/failed".

2. If all records of csv files executed then it should be display as "complete".
