2. Login as admin.

1. path:- reports > email history.
- where is located email history in description extra words"<strong> , </strong>" displayed.
2. customer register email address not receive email when create ticket.
Ex. if i create support ticket and receive email from email history path check the description email history strong extra keywords found.
Expect:-
- reports > email history have description this "<strong> , </strong>" keyword should be removed.
- Email should be receive customer register email address.
