      steps :- 

      1. Login as reseller and sub-reseller.
      2. go to dashboard and scroll in down page and observe.

      actual result :- Limited Server Specs Community Dashboard also displaying in reseller and sub-reseller login.

      Expected result :- Limited Server Specs Community Dashboard should be only display into admin/sub-admin login.
