IP Setting Create - created_date time display different and not match in GUI side

Steps:

1. Go to Customer > My Account > IP Settings > IP Setting Create
2. Enter Valid parameters and run the API and check response

Expected result : created_date time should be display properly and should be same in API response and also in GUI side.

Actual result : created_date time display different and not match in GUI side.
